You can return products if the following conditions are met:

- The product's original packaging is complete and undamaged;
If you purchased a standard, made-to-order product:
- A penalty of 20% of the cost of the goods is applied. Standard products are considered: decorative stone/brick, paving, urban furniture, pots, the sizes and colors of which are displayed in the showroom or in the product catalog.
- refusal the buyer to take over or pay for the standard goods already ordered, leads to the seller applying a penalty in the amount of 20% of the cost of the goods, the purchase/receipt of which was refused. Standard products are considered: decorative stone/brick, paving, urban furniture, pots, the sizes and colors of which are displayed in the showroom or in the product catalog.
If you purchased a non-standard, custom-made product:
- Non-standard products (products that are not in stock, are produced in non-standard colors, undergo some changes from the shelf model) they cannot be returned.
- refusal the buyer to take over or pay for the non-standard goods already ordered, leads to the application of a penalty by the seller in the amount of 100% of the cost of the goods, the purchase/receipt of which was refused. Non-standard products are those that are produced to the buyer's order and have individual shapes, sizes, individual colors or other parameters different from the basic model. Non-standard products are also considered those that are not cast in stock: curbs, steps, tiles, sinks, etc.
